This is beautiful! I would recommend to include the historical deals from Daft and build a time trend for the avg. prices based on the closed deals (https://ww1.daft.ie/price-register/?d_rd=1). I'm particularly interested in the COVID impact and predictions on the similarity with 2008 50sh-% decline in housing prices (if the prices are falling).
